Today we’re excited to be announcing automatic expensing through Concur® Expense from SAP Concur, a leading provider of travel, expense, and invoice management solutions.

When speaking with meeting planners and travel managers that use Breather as part of their work every day, we heard a clear desire for both more control over meeting spend organization-wide, and an expensing process that individuals booking meetings wouldn’t even have to think about.

Once Breather and Concur Expense accounts are connected, an e-receipt from every booking is automatically forwarded to SAP Concur for expensing — so nothing ever gets lost. Combined with Breather’s business portal, administrators have real-time visibility over every meeting booked with Breather, and can trust that every single meeting is properly expensed.

This means that not only do individuals not have to worry about submitting expenses, but that businesses finally get the complete picture of how small meeting spend, which often falls outside typical meeting policies, fits into their organization.

To start sending your Breather e-receipts to Concur, all you need to do is link your Breather and Concur accounts. You can do so in the SAP Concur App Center or in your Breather account settings.
